A series of pieces using materials formed from triaxial fiberglass. A lacquer coating is applied by hand, one by one, to the fiberglass materials with the traditional Echizen Laquerware technique in an attempt to combine both advanced Japanese technology and traditional Japanese craftsmanship. In addition, by creating a bamboo weave with traditional braiding techniques, we are able to combine the hexagonal mesh pattern of the fiber with the concept of bamboo weaving.

３軸織のグラスファイバーを成形した素材を用いたアイテムシリーズ。 成形したファイバーには日本の伝統工芸品の「越前漆器」の技術を用いた 漆塗りを一つ一つ手塗りで施し、日本の持つ先端技術と伝統技術の融合を 試みた。また小口には竹籠編みの技術を用いた竹縁にすることで、 六つ目編みのファイバーと竹編みのイメージを融合した。
